JESSE LEE

​Jesse Lee is a home from the original estate built in 1882. The first floor can seat up to 30 people for meeting or eating. The first floor has one bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

The main meeting/dining space on the
first floor has a gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Jesse Lee has a ramp and  grab bars and shower seat in the bathroom. 

Guests enjoy the wide front porch and views of Peconic Bay.

ASBURY

Asbury is a beautiful, historic home dating back to 1882. Asbury has a fully equipped kitchen and a large meeting and dining area. 

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor along with a half and also a full bath. Upstairs are 7 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

**BOBILIN

​Bobilin is set on the far west end of the property. This comfortable, one story building has a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.

The multi-purpose room has a wood-burning fireplace and comfortable sofas, making Bobilin a great space for smaller group meetings. 

**Bobilin is currently unavailable for retreats**

WILLARD LODGE

​Willard Lodge has  a large meeting room which can seat up to 75 people, making this building ideal for meetings and programs. The building has a fully equipped kitchen with a prep sink, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators. The meeting room has two 50” LCD TVs for presentations. Folding tables and chairs can be set up according to the group needs.

Willard Lodge has a view of the bay and a large wood-burning fireplace.  Willard Lodge is single level and has a larger bathroom that is “handi-capable.”

WILLARD ONE

Willard One is directly adjacent to Willard Lodge and has a smaller meeting room with a small galley kitchen that is fully equipped.
Please Note: The sleeping capacity of this building is 32. However, the common area for cooking and meeting is more comfortable for15-20  people.
