Activity:
June 18th - August 24th Specialize in teaching one or more activities (Sports, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Outdoor Education and STEM) during elective periods throughout the day. Be a role model to campers by embodying our five rock values (Love, Faith, Courage, Honesty, and Humility). Photographer: June 5th - August 24th One position available. Responsible for teaching videography and photography to campers during activity periods. Photographs and assembles a slideshow to present at the end of each week to campers and staff. Takes photos and videos of camp for marketing and advertising. Must have own camera equipment. |
Sailing:
June 11th - August 24th Help in providing a safe, fun instructional sailing program. Must be proficient in power boat operation and sailing American 18 Day Sailers, Optis, FJs, and Picos. US Sailing Level 1 certification, international certification (RYA Level 3 Dinghy, etc), or the equivalent skills desired. Waterfront: June 11th - August 24th Waterfront Counselors are responsible for lifeguarding, teaching swimming, planning fun waterfront activities, and leading kayak and paddle board trips. Must hold current American Red Cross Waterfront Lifeguard certification (course offered during staff training). |
Store Manager/Office Assistant (Min. age 20):
June 8th - August 24th Responsible for organizing logistics and assisting with registration, camp store, and camper forms. The office assistant gets hands on experience with administrative tasks. Manage the Camp Store inventory and sales. Oversee other leadership staff that are helping work the register during store periods. Previous office experience desired but not required. This position may be filled by a local commuter if applicable. Spiritual Life Coordinator (Min age. 21): June 5th - August 24th Responsible for fostering a vibrant spiritual community for campers and staff. Coordinate creative and engaging morning and evening worship and provide guidance to campers and staff. Must be comfortable nurturing the spiritual and mental health of our campers and staff. Ideal opportunity for a student or recent graduate to develop pastoral counseling skills. A Bachelors in religious studies, psychology, education or related field is required; Master of Divinity, seminary and/or camp ministry experience preferred. Activity Head Counselors (Min. age 21): June 5th - August 24th Responsible for supervising the counselors and programming occurring within their respective activity area. Activity Heads are responsible for ensuring programming is engaging and age appropriate. Activity Head Counselors are responsible for the supplies and maintenance of their areas. Supervisory experience and experience in related field desired.

Head Counselor (Min. age 21):
June 8th - August 24th Supervise counselors and the well-being of their campers. Foster a nurturing camp environment and encourage counselors to support growth within each individual camper and their camper groups. Oversee and facilitate cabin/group activity programming. Communicate with parents and provide support to counselors as needed. Five positions available: Head of Day Camp, Head of Junior (8-11) Girls, Head of Junior (8-11) Boys, Head of Senior (12-16) Girls, and Head of Senior (12-16) Boys. Previous summer camp experience desired. Program Coordinator (Min. age 21): June 2nd - August 24th Program Coordinators will be responsible for supervising the programming in their respective areas. Overseeing the overall scheduling and program planning for their areas. Program Coordinators should be comfortable communicating feedback effectively. Previous administrative and summer camp experience desired.

Waterfront Director (Min. age 21): June 2nd - August 24th Responsible for overseeing a safe and fun waterfront. Supervise lifeguards in leading recreational and instructional swim periods. Supervise off-camp paddleboard and kayak trips. American Red Cross Waterfront Lifeguard certification required (course offered during staff training); Water Safety Instructor certification desired (course offered by Quinipet). Must have previous experience lifeguarding in a similar beachfront setting. |
Kitchen Staffer:
Be part of our amazing kitchen staff! Responsible for food preparation, serving and after meal clean up. Help maintain the health and safety of campers by providing nutritious food at each meal. |
Maintenance Staffer:
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance and care of camp's buildings and grounds. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing throughout camp, Previous experience in grounds and building maintenance desired. Two positions open. |
Nurse:
Responsible for providing health care for campers and staff, including managing the Health Center and related documentation. Current NY State Registered Nursing license required along with strong pediatric experience and warm personality. Weekly positions available; 2 week positions preferred. Camp age children welcome (ages 6-16). |
Nurse Assistant (Min. age 21):
June 2 - August 24th Assist the Camp Nurse with first aid, assessments, documentation, and maintaining the Health Center. Must have (or be capable of completing) Red Cross advanced first aid (RTE), AED and CPR PR. Must have a valid driver's license. This position provides excellent hands-on experience for a nursing student. Experience with pediatrics and adolescent behavioral health preferred. Earlier start date in June available. |
Day Camp Junior Counselors:
Junior Counselors work in Day Camp with 5-7 year olds. Enjoy our fun and energetic day campers as they arrive each morning excited to start the day! In this position Junior Counselors will be able to gain child care experience and teaching skills. Must be able to travel to and from camp Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. |
Overnight Junior Counselors:
Junior Counselors in Overnight Camp will live in camper cabins and help counselors in camper care duties. Junior counselors will also have the opportunity to aid Activity Counselors in an activity they are skilled in or aid as a Junior Counselor in the sailing program. For 17 year-old Junior Counselors, time off will be supervised during the week and Junior staff members will return home during the 24 hours off Saturday to Sunday. |
