    The Sea Wall

    Picture
    The waterfront in 1949.
Hurricane Sandy of 2012 destroyed approximately 2400 linear feet of bulkhead. The 2013 NYAC meeting approved a United States Small Business disaster relief mortgage at 3%. The view from the water will look a bit different after the work is underway and completed. We hope to arrange plantings and a walking trail along the top of the new bulkhead structure which will enhance and reclaim some of its beauty. Keep in mind, however, our landscape will look different from before... the storm left us no option.
