Financial Assistance

The fees charged by the camp covers the expenses of operating the program. Your local United Methodist Church can often provide some financial assistance to its community members and it is best to speak with the pastor about this possibility. We also work with social service agencies to fund summer camp experiences. We believe every child who wants to go to camp should have that opportunity and we will do our best to help you find a way.

I Registered, Now What?
Once we receive your registration we will mail you a "Welcome packet" in this packet you will find a confirmation/invoice, health forms, packing list and information about how you can send letters/emails to your child(ren) while at camp. About a week prior to the start of camp you will receive a letter from your Program Director with reminders and additional information about your week at camp. Health forms are also available for downloading here.

If at any time you have questions please feel free to contact us.
