Is this your first time coming to camp? Well, this camp is designed to be an introduction to the wonders of summer camping. Campers will enjoy many of the same great activities as our other week long programs, including swimming in the bay, arts and crafts projects, campfires with s'mores, hands on nature discovery and more. We have a low camper to counselor ratio and small camp groups to insure that all children are well cared for.

This is a week jam packed with fun new games, nature hikes, stargazing, and more. Come meet other explorers and experience the wonders of Camp Quinipet. The Pioneers is a great way to spend a week of summer; being creative, swimming in the bay, having fun, and playing games.  

This is a program just for girls that includes everything we love about Quinipet - swimming, campfires, games, arts and crafts and more. We also take time to celebrate the wonders and challenges of being a young women growing up in the modern world. So come and join us for this special program designed just for you. 

One of Quinipet's favorite camps, Wind and Wave gives campers a chance to learn the basics of both sailing and kayaking. You will still have plenty of time to enjoy the rest Quinipet has to offer - swimming in the bay, campfires with s'mores, fun and games, and more. This camp is a great introduction to both sports under the direction of certified and professional leaders and instructors.  Jay of Shelter Island Kayak Tours leads our kayaking adventures and the Quinipet sailing crew runs the sailing portions of the program. The Quinipet sailing program is an official US Sailing Center with US Sailing Instructors at the head of each program.
